§ Manages staff of 50+ electricians
and laborers for the construction of solar energy sites. Currently
built a total of 46MWs (production size) throughout North Carolina
§ Created a 3 week look-ahead
schedule for employees to ensure construction process runs
effectively. Utilizes P6 Primavera and MS Project for
scheduling. Schedule includes estimated labor hours, production
totals, and material delivery dates.
§ Designed a daily report
summarizing all material deliveries, production achievements, labor hours,
safety concerns, and environmental impact. Created metrics for
customer from report data.
§ Performed Quality Control on PV
module installations, racking systems, and wire connections to ensure
design criteria is being met.

§ Tasked with creating a
calibration, Preventative Maintenance, and corrective maintenance program
for two pharmaceutical production facilities and an associated
warehouse.
§ Developed process of scheduling
mechanical contractors, scheduling on-site mechanics (14 total mechanics),
ordering equipment spare parts, and coordinating shut downs with production
supervisors.
§ Compiled Data management handled
through SAP database and MS Project. Site adheres to strict GMP and FDA
standards (frequently audited).
§ Created metrics for Engineering
and Maintenance departments and presented at daily meetings. Metrics
designed to review schedule effectiveness, site backlog, and equipment
downtime for repairs. Metrics created through pivot tables and graphs
via MS Excel. Trends analyzed and reviewed for business demands.
§ Created Task Lists, BOMs,
Equipment, and PMs in SAP database. Task lists are created with OEM
and maintenance input in addition to personal expertise.
§ Managed a team consisting of an
Engineering Support Specialist and Engineering Administrator.
§ Tasked with modifying existing
HEPA testing program and cut site visits down substantially while still
ensuring units are in compliance ($220,000 a year cost savings).

Infrared thermography, steam trap testing, and vibration analysis.

scheduling maintenance tasks and facility operations for approximately 18
mechanics of various skill sets (electrical, pipefitting, HVAC,
instrumentation, carpentry) in both GMP and non- GMP buildings. Site is
approximately 400 acres.
§ Developed a vast number of work
orders utilizing the Job Plan field and using Maximo 4.1, Primavera 6, and
SAP to map out job estimates and schedule duration of jobs.
§ Managed facility upgrade projects
to include glass washer replacement, chiller replacements, and door and
window replacements throughout entire facility.
§ Provided maintenance supervision
for employees during 6 month transition period of maintenance supervisor
(while also continuing planning and scheduling duties).
§ Helped to develop new Excel
metrics tool and Microsoft Project Gantt charts for schedules.

variants through transition from Maximo to SAP
